Liz departed this life on Wednesday, July 26, 2023, at Jacksonville Baptist Health Hospital, Jacksonville, Florida. Liz, as she was affectionately known, was educated in the Sumter County public school system and graduated from Sumter High School Class of May 1973. After graduation, she attended Sumter Tech and later relocated to Washington, D.
