Movie selection is great. However, we go to check out and the clerk said we had late fees for the last movies we rented. I know for a fact we turned them in the next day after they were rented. Putting them in the return box. At closer evaluation the clerk realized they probably were not scanned back in until almost two weeks later. Someone just put them back on the shelf without scanning them back in until someone else went to rent them again. It should have been fixed immediately but someone didn't do it. The clerk straightened it out but the whole thing was a little stressful. Makes me wonder if the only other time they said I had a late fee, was I really late? And I rent movies so rarely that I couldn't remember if it was late or not. And that was only a day, not weeks like they said these current ones were. Makes me wonder if the one time they said I was late before, was I really late? Or did someone fail to do their job then as well? From now on I will take them in and watch them scan them in, no more drop box for me.
